Sanbell (formerly Summit Engineering Corporation) has secured multiple projects for the Boys & Girls Club in northern Nevada. Our strong community ties with the local organization and its contractors have been key to the success of these projects.
Site design and planning was provided, pro bono to support the Boys & Girls Club’s fundraising efforts. This early involvement allowed us to understand the organization’s goals and the community’s needs, ensuring a clear vision from the start.
Through early collaboration and open communication, we streamlined the design and construction process. Our proactive approach was especially valuable when unexpected sponsor contributions enabled the addition of new features, like a mini-golf course, mid-project. Because of our adaptive design approach, we were able to quickly implement changes while keeping the project on track.
We offered planning, surveying, mapping, civil infrastructure, construction management, and inspections for Boys & Girls Club locations in Spring Creek, Wells, Winnemucca, Mason Valley, and Eureka. Amenities vary by location. Two notable ones include a full-service daycare center in Spring Creek and a recreation center in Elko, designed to serve all Elko County residents. Elko’s impressive center features an indoor competition swimming pool, outdoor aquatic complex, gymnasium, full-service kitchen, multi-purpose event space, youth rooms, a game room, and a fitness center. The event space will boost the local economy, hosting concerts, events, and Professional Bull Riders (PBR) rodeos!
