Sanbell (formerly Bellecci & Associates) provided topographic surveying and civil design for a Complete Streets and underground utility district project. Our team supported the transformation of a key corridor into a safer, more functional, and more sustainable street.
The project includes one mile of underground utility installation, coordinated with roadway reconstruction to streamline construction and reduce disruption. Sanbell designed new pavement, wider sidewalks, and protected bike lanes to improve safety and access for all users.
Streetscape improvements include street trees, pedestrian lighting, benches, and other amenities that support walkability and comfort. Sanbell also designed green infrastructure features, including stormwater treatment and bioretention areas, to filter pollutants and reduce runoff before it reaches the storm system.
Together, these improvements support multimodal travel, enhance the public realm, and improve long-term infrastructure performance.
