Sanbell (formerly Bellecci & Associates) designed the replacement of approximately 7,500 linear feet of water mains to improve system reliability and fire protection.
The project also included new valves, fire hydrants, service laterals, and water meters, supporting efficient operations and long-term maintenance.
Sanbell provided comprehensive surveying services to support accurate design and construction. Our team mapped water meters, water valves, and valve box tops. In addition, we located sewer laterals at the curb, gas valves, and street water valves. The survey also documented fire hydrants, fire department connections (FDCs), backflow devices, storm drain manholes and inlets, and sanitary sewer manholes.
We recorded rim and invert elevations for all manholes and inlets to support coordination and constructability. These detailed surveys reduced risk during construction and helped streamline project delivery.
Construction Cost: $3.66 million
Completion Year: 2019
