Sanbell (formerly Jensen Design & Survey, Inc.) served as the engineer of record for the Village at the Park, a planned residential community in Camarillo, California.
The 320-acre project features 644 residential units with diverse densities, product types, and architectural styles. Sanbell designed a network of local and collector streets, sidewalks, and pathways connecting the entire community.
Our team provided full engineering design and construction survey services, including:

Sanbell also designed and supported the Village Sports Park, preparing improvement plans, cost estimates, construction documents, and coordinating with electrical and soils consultants. Our team completed as-builts and provided ongoing construction engineering services.
In addition, Sanbell prepared plans for Calleguas Creek widening, coordinating with the Watershed Protection District, Ventura County, ensuring proper flood control and environmental compliance.
