SANBELL COMPLETES CORE DESIGN INTEGRATION, BRINGING ONE UNIFIED BRAND TO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND TEXAS
This milestone marks the culmination of an integration that began when Core Design joined the Sanbell family in 2025 and the next chapter of Sanbell’s continued growth across the West.
BILLINGS, Montana — The integration is complete. Core Design- a Sanbell Company now operates fully under the Sanbell brand, with offices in Bothell and Fircrest, Washington and Austin, Texas joining a unified firm of more than 300 professionals across 14 offices in the West.
Founded in 1954, Core Design spent more than 70 years building a track record of high-quality civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and surveying work for communities across the Pacific Northwest and Texas. That legacy now strengthens Sanbell’s capabilities in those regions while adding new depth in civil engineering, land development, landscape architecture, planning, and multi-disciplinary design.

Glenn Sprague, now serving as Managing Principal of Sanbell – Northwest, will continue leading the integrated team in Washington and Texas, maintaining the local leadership and client relationships that have defined the firm’s reputation for decades.
